Stock Rebuild: Berkeley, Dominator, American Turbine, Aggressor, Legend.
- Disassemble, clean, inspect all parts
- R&R parts (Install shouldered wear ring, bearings, bushings, seals).
- Check Shaft for runout.
- Machine parts as necessary for proper fit and clearance (bearing cap. shaft, impeller).
- Replace impeller Lock Nut.
- Paint Pump (If Requested).
- Lube and precision assemble.

- Remove Slag and Clean up Rough edges.
- Modify impeller for less cavitation and more flow.
- Balance impeller.
- Replace impeller Lock Nut.
- Paint Pump (If Requested).
- Lube and precision assemble.
- Speed Coat inside pump.

PLUS - Add stuffer to bowl to improve water flow off impeller into bowl.
- Add Flow cone.

- Replace impeller Lock Nut.
- Paint Pump (If Requested).
- Lube and precision assemble.
- Speed Coat inside pump.
- Add stuffer to bowl to improve water flow off impeller into bowl.
- Add Flow cone.
PLUS - Modify bowl inlet vanes for smooth flow.
- Modify bowl outlet vanes for less turbulence and straighter exit flow.
$1,100.00 includes all the above. Minus Impeller
$1,375.00 includes all the above. Plus an aluminum ARS Precision tuned impeller
